"Украли 30 рублей, а программу не дали!"

К нам в техническую поддержку часто обращаются возмущенные пользователи с претензией такого рода:

"Покупал программу через Play Market, сняли 30 рублей, а программа все равно с рекламой! Верните мне мои деньги!"

Разъясняем эту ситуацию.

Действительно, иногда при попытке купить нашу программу через Play Market происходит сбой процесса покупки с одновременным снятием денег (30 рублей) со счета. Идентификатор покупки в этом случае GOOGL*MARKETPLACE.

Этот платеж к нашей программе не относится. Это проверочный платеж Play Market - таким образом компания Google проверяет возможность снятия денег с Вашей карты. 30 рублей Вам потом возвращаются в течение нескольких дней.

Для приобретения нашего приложения Вы можете еще раз осуществить покупку (на этот раз она должна осуществиться успешно), или воспользоваться для покупки системой "Робокасса" (нажмите ссылку слева от кнопки "Купить").
