Салат "Щетка"

Уменьшаем живот и предупреждаем весенний авитаминоз!

Ингредиенты:

1 сырая свекла,

1 сырая морковь,

несколько листов белокочанной капусты,

немного свежей зелени,

кусочек стебля сельдерея (можно и без него)

несколько капель лимонного сока,

1 ч. ложка оливкового масла,

1 столовая ложка воды.

ГОТОВИМ:

1. Очищенные овощи натираем на крупной терке, капусту и зелень мелко нарезаем.

2. Смешиваем и заправляем лимонным соком с оливковым маслом, добавляем столовую ложку воды (так салат будет сочнее).

Что происходит с организмом: восполняется витаминно-минеральный комплекс. Уменьшается объем живота, поскольку салат-щетка удаляет из кишечника, сами знаете что.
