От каких продуктов худеют?

       Отрицательная калорийность – понятие условное. Калорийность продуктов, обладающих таким свойством, чрезвычайно мала, а число калорий, которое наш организм тратит на их переваривание, превышает количество содержащихся в самих продуктах калорий. Таким образом, потребляя в пищу эти продукты, мы худеем.  Помимо «отрицательной» калорийности, большинство этих продуктов содержат богатый состав витаминов и минералов, поэтому потребление их в пищу очень полезно для организма. Введя в ежедневный рацион такие продукты, вы сможете похудеть без диеты и дополнительной физической нагрузки.

 

       Рейтинг "лидеров" по соотношению калорийности и энергозатрат на свое переваривание выглядит следующим образом:

Грейпфрут

Грейпфрут. Настоящая палочка-выручалочка для тех, кто хочет похудеть, не прибегая к изнуряющим диетам. Он снижает уровень инсулина в крови, тем самым снижая аппетит. Дополнительный эффект от потребления грейпфрута – очищение организма от шлаков и улучшение пищеварения. Для достижения видимого эффекта достаточно съедать один грейпфрут в день, а наибольшего эффекта можно добиться, съедая половину грейпфрута перед каждым приемом пищи.

Ананас

Ананас. Еще один фрукт, известный своими прекрасными свойствами в борьбе с лишним весом. Содержит в своем составе фермент бромелайн, способствующий расщеплению жиров, и большое количество грубых пищевых волокон, способствующий улучшению перистальтики кишечника. Помогает переваривать тяжелую пищу - мясо, бобовые, поэтому для достижения положительного эффекта лучше всего употреблять несколько кусочков ананаса перед основным приемом пищи или сразу после него.

Сельдерей

Сельдерей. Это растение семейства зонтичных имеет различные виды. В пищу употребляют сельдерей листовой, черешковый и корневой. Большое количество витаминов А, Е, К и витаминов группы В содержится во всех частях сельдерея. Помимо витаминов, сельдерей богат аминокислотами и эфирными маслами, которые обладают стимулирующим свойством на организм, улучшают обмен веществ и помогают выводить токсины. Растение обладает мягким мочегонным и слабительным эффектом.

Капуста

Капуста. Всем известный продукт – настоящая находка для худеющих. В ней содержится минимум калорий при большом содержании воды и клетчатки, отлично справляющихся с чувством голода. Содержит большое количество витамина С и метилметионин, или витамин U, являющийся лекарством от язвы желудка, гастрита, язвенного колита и вялости кишечника. Союзником в борьбе с лишним весом является любой сорт капусты, но наиболее полезна броколли и белокачанная.

Кабачок

Кабачки. Желтые, зеленые, полосатые – все они являются настоящим кладезем витаминов и минералов для нашего организма. Обладая минимальным количеством калорий (всего 27 кКал в 100 г), они прекрасно утоляют чувство голода. Кабачок содержит большое количество калия, железа, витамины С, Р, В1, В6 и В12.

Корица
